How quickly can I move in?

Once an application form has been completed this can be within a matter of days.

How do I pay?

We will send you an invoice which you can pay by cheque or bacs transfer.

How long does my lease last?

We operate a license to occupy and this is on a rolling month basis. Our terms are flexible to work with you.

When can I gain access?

Licensees can access the site 7 days a week 20 hours a day.

Who pays the electricity and heating bills?

We provide background heating. Electricity in individual units is metered and charged.

What about Business Rates?

These are included in your license fee.

What sort of security do you have?

The site is secured by alarms and Paxton Access Control backed up with CCTV.

What Insurance do we need?

Before you can occupy you will need to have Public Liability Insurance. (Any problems with this then you can speak to the office).
Contents insurance is at your discretion.

Where do I park my vehicles?

We have 2 car parks which are secured at night.

Do you have a telephone answering service?

Reception will take messages on your behalf.

Can I have internet/telephone access?

Yes, but come and talk to the office about it.

I need to meet with a client do you have a meeting room?

We have a conference room which is FREE for use by licensees, conveniently placed in the building.
